The observation window is made of fully transparent, high-strength & thermo stable tempered glass so that there is no such phenomenon as distortion or dimming.

There is cleaning door and dredge trough so that wastewater can be discharged into the trough that makes the process clean. The equipment is also equipped with a safely device, which guarantees operation safe and reliable.

Speed of the tannery drum is regulated by means of frequency convertor through chain (or belt).It has advantages of stable drive and low noise. Chains are more durable for running the tannery drum, also easy for replace with new one. Therefore, we often recommend chains to customers. The equipment has the timing functions of controlling total working cycle time, forward & backward rotation duration as well as single direction operation. Each duration can be set up through timer respectively so that the drum can work continuously or interruptedly. The maximum time range is 9999 minutes, all of buttons are Schneider brand, and we can equip the drum with elegant PLC control screen. The language with button also can be customized, normally the languages of button are English and Chinese, if needed, we can change the language into the one you request.

Normally tannery drums with small size will be delivered in woode n case, the wooden case will protect the tannery drum from the damage of crushing or humid weather and corrosive environment when delivery.
