Operation Principle:

The MMJP type flat-turn white rice white rice sieving mainly utilizes the difference in particle size between the broken rice and the rice, and the white rice is automatically classified by the sieve surface equipped with appropriate holes and by the body plane rotary motion. It is a unique and mature white rice grading equipment in China, with the advantages of high single machine output, short process flow and equipment investment.

Functional Characteristics:

After the mechanism is set to meet the needs of the process, and white rice grading sieve consists of two parts: a speed governing mechanism and a speed regulating tension mechanism. The speed regulating mechanism is composed of a fixed pulley, a movable pulley, speed regulating screw, locking device, support seat and speed control nut.
